Iron Clad Inspections proudly serves 12 counties across southwestern Idaho and Eastern Oregon, providing professional inspections that give buyers, investors, and real estate agents the clarity and confidence they need on the biggest investment of their lives. Iron Clad holds an Oregon home inspector license, a credential Oregon requires and Idaho doesn't. Eastern Oregon has been part of our territory from the beginning, and we continue to grow across Idaho with the same local, boots-on-the-ground approach.

Meet Our Founder

Built on Idaho roots and environmental rigor.

Born and raised in Idaho, Kristin attended Oregon State University where she earned three degrees before beginning her career as an environmental technician. After five years in that role, she founded her own environmental consulting company, spending 15 years overseeing major food processing companies across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.

A decade ago, life led her back home to Idaho, where she discovered her passion for property inspection. After apprenticing under one of the National Association of Realtors' top producers, she earned her certification as both a commercial and residential inspector. Eight years ago, she purchased Iron Clad Inspections, transforming it into one of the region's most respected inspection firms.

Today, she continues to expand the business with the same dedication, integrity, and eye for detail that have defined her career from the start.
